Refunds
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the shipping date and only applies to in-store items. Custom, one-off items are not eligible for a refund. If 30 days have passed, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Warranty
396maro Creations warrants products for defects in materials and workmanship for one year starting on day of shipment.
Condensation and mist
The inside of led assemblies actually get pretty hot. In some types of weather and environmental settings (such as during cold weather and rain) there may be a fine mist or condensation that appears on the inside lens of an assembly. This is due to the temperature gradient along the front and back of the lens which may cause the inside to “sweat” the same way a cold drink container does on a hot day but in reverse. This does not mean that water has infiltrated the assembly. Once weather clears or environmental conditions change the condensation should evaporate; however, this process can take a few days.
However, if there is puddling of water at the bottom of the fixture this would suggest water ingress. In this event please contact us.
